L41 FORM B, ITEM 3 - THE ANSWER TO CHECK

A new member asked an AI assistant, with the association's bylaws pasted
into the chat: "Summarise how the association works." This is the
answer, word for word (invented for the course: a written example of what
an assistant might return). The claims are numbered for you.

"Here is how the Oakfield Court Tenants' Association works:

C1. Membership costs 5.00 per household each year (Bylaw 1).
C2. Notice of meetings must be given at least 14 days in advance
      (Bylaw 2).
C3. Each member gets one vote, and decisions pass by simple majority
      (Bylaw 4).
C4. With 40 members, a meeting needs 8 people present to go ahead
      (Bylaw 3).
C5. Committee members can serve a maximum of three years in total
      (Bylaw 5).
C6. The association's accounts are checked every year by an
      independent examiner (Bylaw 7).
C7. The committee can spend up to 100.00 without a general meeting
      vote (Bylaw 6).

  I hope that helps!"
