L40 FINAL PROJECT - WRITTEN BRIEF
Brief (A / B / C / D): ___        Date: __________
AI use: the project is AI allowed — keep a record. Sections 1 to 4 of
this write-up are No AI: write them yourself, from your project record.
Use your editor's ordinary spell-checker if you like; do not use an AI
assistant.

Aim for one to two pages. The person in the brief should be able to read
it in five minutes and decide whether to rely on your work.

======================================================================
1. RESULT  (3-5 sentences)
======================================================================
What you built, what it does, and the one thing the reader most needs to
know before using it. State the result at the strength the evidence
supports, no stronger.

======================================================================
2. EVIDENCE
======================================================================
2a. The evaluation set: how many items, how they were chosen, what kinds
    (normal, boundary, empty, bad input, expect-to-fail), and how the
    expected answers were worked out.
2b. Results: first run and final run, as counts (for example "4 of 11,
    then 11 of 11"). Name each failure and what fixed it.
2c. Checks against the real material by hand: which rows, sections or
    steps, and what you found.
2d. One acceptance criterion the reader cares about most, and the exact
    evidence that it is met.

======================================================================
3. LIMITATIONS (stated without being asked)
======================================================================
3a. What the evaluation set does not cover.
3b. Assumptions you made that nobody confirmed.
3c. Cases you know the program gets wrong or does not handle.
3d. What you did not check, and why.

======================================================================
4. WHAT WOULD CHANGE YOUR MIND
======================================================================
Name one or two specific observations that would show your result is
wrong or not fit for use. ("If the clinic's real bookings include ...,
then ...")

======================================================================
5. AI-USE RECORD
======================================================================
AI-USE RECORD
Label: AI allowed — keep a record
Assistant: (name and version, or "local model")

Prompts: (paste them, or a link to the conversation)
