L40 COLD-READ DEFENCE - FIVE QUESTIONS
AI use: No AI. No notes, no code, no project record open.

WHEN
At least one day after you last worked on the project. Close every file
first. Set a timer for 20 minutes.

HOW
Answer each question in writing, from memory, in plain sentences, as if
the person in your brief had asked you across a table. Do not look
anything up. When the timer ends, open your project and check every
answer against your code, your evaluation output and your record. Mark
each answer RIGHT, PARTLY, or WRONG, and write what you got wrong.

Q1. Pick the part of your program you understand least (a function, a
loop, the scoring rule, the stopping condition). Explain, line by
line in plain words, what it does with one specific input of your
    choosing, and what it returns.

Q2. Which item in your evaluation set failed first, what did it expect,
what did it get, and what was the cause? Was it a specification,
    generation, or test error?

Q3. Name the case the person in your brief fears most. Which acceptance
criterion covers it, and what is the exact input and expected output
of the test that checks it?

Q4. Name one assumption you made that the brief did not make for you.
What would the program do differently if the opposite assumption
were true? Which test would then fail?

Q5. What would change your mind about your result? Give one specific
observation, and say what you would do if you saw it.

AFTER CHECKING
Any answer marked WRONG or PARTLY is a part of the project you cannot
yet defend. Before you hand anything in: re-read that part, explain it
aloud or in writing until you can, and note in your write-up's
limitations section anything you still cannot explain.
