PRODUCT C -- Stock reorder script
Author: Tomas Ruiz, stock room supervisor
Files: L38_product_C_reorder.py (the script)
        L38_product_C_tests.py (its tests)
        L38_product_C_stock.csv (this week's stock file)

SPECIFICATION (written by you, the supervisor, two weeks ago)

The script reads the stock file and prints the list of items to reorder.
R1 Read the stock CSV (sku, name, on_hand, reorder_point, order_up_to,
    status).
R2 An item is reordered when on_hand is at or below reorder_point. The
    quantity is order_up_to minus on_hand.
R3 Items whose status is "discontinued" are never reordered.
R4 Output is sorted by sku, one "sku, quantity" line per item.
R5 Items whose quantity would be 0 are left out.

Acceptance: the tests pass, and the output for this week's stock file
can go straight to the supplier.

Prompts: "Write a Python script that reads a stock CSV and prints
what to reorder: when on_hand <= reorder_point, order
up to order_up_to. Sorted by sku. Also write unittest
                  tests for it."
What I kept: the script and the tests, unchanged
What I changed: nothing
What I verified: ran the tests: 6 tests, all pass.
