L38 BRIEF -- THE SUPERVISOR'S PROBLEM Label: No AI
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
You are operations manager at Tamsin & Field Supply, a small packaging
wholesaler (invented). It is 16:10 on Wednesday. Three pieces of work
from your team are waiting for your signature, and all three are due out
at 16:30. Your name goes on each one.

A October returns summary (Ravi) -> goes to the owner
B Policy memo on AI for customer email -> goes to all staff
     (Elena)
C Stock reorder script and this week's -> output goes to the
     order (Tomas) supplier

Your time budget: 20 minutes, total, for all three.

Honest estimate of a full check:
A recount every row and reason from the CSV 25 minutes
B read our customer terms, trace every claim 40 minutes
C read the code, write a test for each require- 30 minutes
     ment, rerun
                                                    ---------
                                                     95 minutes

You cannot check everything. For each product decide:
SIGN it goes out under your name as it is
RETURN it goes back; the author knows what to fix
RETURN WITH DIRECTION it goes back with one specific instruction

DECISION SHEET
Product | Decision | Checks I did (and | Checks I chose not | Why that choice
        | | minutes) | to do |
--------+----------+-------------------+--------------------+--------------
   A | | | |
   B | | | |
   C | | | |

Sampling logic (two or three sentences: how you chose what to check):

Directions (one per returned product, specific enough that following
it would have prevented the defect):
