L23 STRUCTURED CHALLENGE PROTOCOL No AI
(one optional step is AI allowed - keep a record; it is marked)

Solo version. About 15 minutes. You play both roles, in order.

ROLES
Defender: defends one entry from the human-only list.
Challenger: argues that the task SHOULD be delegated. Argue it as
well as you can, even though you disagree. The job is to
find the weak point, not to be nice to yourself.

STEP 1 (2 min) Write the entry and its reason in 30 words or fewer.

STEP 2 (5 min) Write the challenge. Use all four moves:
          - "A better model will do this well. Then what?"
          - "You already delegate something similar. What's different?"
          - "What exactly is lost if the tool does it and you check it?"
          - "Is this capability or professional? Prove it."
Write it as if you wanted to win.

STEP 3 (5 min) Write the defence. No new entries; defend this one.
Answer each of the four moves directly.

STEP 4 (3 min) Fill in the score sheet below. If the defence failed,
that is a good result: revise the entry, or move it from P to
C and write the condition, and say so.

OPTIONAL (AI allowed - keep a record) After step 3, paste the entry and
its reason into an assistant and ask it to argue for delegation
using the four moves above. Compare its challenge with yours. If
it found a weak point you missed, write a second defence. Fill in
an AI-use record for this step, all seven fields: Label,
Assistant, Date(s), Prompts, What I kept, What I changed, What I
        verified.

RULES
  - Argue the task, not the person (even when the person is you).
  - A reason that only works because the tool is bad today is C.

SCORE SHEET
  Entry defended: ______________________________________
Strongest challenge (mine or the assistant's): ________
Did the reason hold? held / revised / dropped
  If revised, new wording: _____________________________
Reason type after challenge: C P

------------------------------------------------------------------------
IF YOU ARE DOING THIS WITH A GROUP (pairs, 15 minutes, someone keeps time)
Round 1 (5 min): defender states the entry in 30 seconds; challenger
    argues 2 minutes using the four moves; defender answers 2 minutes;
both write one line on the score sheet.
Round 2 (5 min): swap roles, same steps.
Round 3 (5 min): rotate one seat; defend a different entry, or defend
the entry you revised after rounds 1-2.
  Two minutes means two minutes.
